PORTLAND PUBLIC SCHOOLS FILM FESTIVAL

The PPS-FF is an annual showcase of media-projects created by Portland
Public School students. The projects are usually created in conjunction with a class or school-related activity, and/or in collaboration with a PPS teacher(s).

The Festival was created in 2000 by two middle-school media teachers,
Phil Walker and Matt Gilley. Email them at mgilley@pps.k12.or.us or plwalker@pps.k12.or.us

Wordle is a toy for generating “word clouds” from text that you provide. The clouds give greater prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text. You can tweak your clouds with different fonts, layouts, and color schemes. The images you create with Wordle are yours to use however you like. You can print them out, or save them to the Wordle gallery to share with your friends.
